Books are available for purchase through Paypal for $60 each plus $5 shipping in the United States and $10 shipping for the rest of the world. All U.S. orders are sent Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. All international orders are sent by air mail. Please allow 7 days for delivery of U.S. orders and 14 days for international orders.
